Meeting Registration

The registration fee is 290 € (until 24th April) and includes:
  • Participation in the meeting: materials, coffee breaks, lunches, etc.
  • Welcome reception, 15th May.
  • Fado dinner, 16th May.
  • Gala dinner, 17th May.

  • Attendance and transportation to the tour included in the social program in 18th May.

Accompanying Person fee: 220 euros (complete social programme).

After 24th April, normal registration fee will be applied (350 € for conference participants and 250 € for accompanying persons).

To register to the meeting you should fill the following Registration Form and send it by e-mail to eiec2018@co.it.pt, along with a proof of the wire transfer (bank details in the registration form). The registration payment is only possible by bank transfer.
